Submissions Guidelines and PROCEEDINGS

The maximum length of the papers is 12 pages, including figures and references. Please include up to 7 keywords, complete postal and e-mail address. of the corresponding author. Authors of accepted papers are expected to present their work at the conference.  The format of submission will be announced soon.

All submitted papers will undergo a thorough review process; each paper will be refereed by three reviewers in the field based on many criteria: relevance, originality, significance, quality and clarity.
